Our group very much enjoyed the winery tour and dinner! The night started with a short drive from Split to the winery where we did a short walking tour after enjoying a couple glasses of wine. We then returned back for an incredible dinner of local meats and veggies along with more wine. Great experience!!
Unforgettable tour! You can walk in a historical grape yard while swirling the tasty wine in your hand. Marvelous view over the village and Adriatic sea just enriches those stories about the winery and Croatian wine. You’ll not miss superb local red and white wines which can only be found here in Trogir. Not to mention how the warm-hearted host, Ivan and Iwanka, and the lip smacking dinner color your day.
We had an absolute blast on this tour- set up was super easy and convenient with Damir. He communicated and set up pick up time all the same day. This was honestly the highlight of our 2 weeks in Croatia. It was fascinating learning the history of the vineyard and we even got to drink wine with the owner! Would recommend 10/10.
One more time we have been awarded LUXURY TRAVEL AWARD as the best sailing company for 2018.
That definitely crowns our work and pushes us further towards creating unforgettable sensations for our guests.
Collaboration with Kuzmanic family also proved to be a complete success, not only have we organized and automated the entire sales process but also created labels, gift packages, wooden boxes etc. On top of that Ivan’s wines again won 3 medals on Sabatina competition-2 gold medals and 1 silver. Starting from season 2018. guests visiting Kuzmanic winery will also be able to buy Ivan’s olive oil. In November it will be possible to pick up olives on Kuzmanic estate with Ivan and his family.
As recent science development in the wine world revealed that Zinfandel actually originates from Kastela region near Split, in 2014. we started taking our guests to the wineries and cellars on the so called “Original Zin” wine tastings.
Since then we’ve had a lot of satisfied guests and wine connoisseurs on our trips and in December 2016. partnership with local wine producers resulted in an exclusive contract signed with Kuzmanic winery.
For the next 7 years we will manage complete marketing and sales for Kuzmanic winery including wine tours and tastings. We learned that this family owned winery has some great potential as they are the only ones producing indigenous wine sorts in Kastela region-Glavinusa, Babica and Tribjan.
In addition they have the most widespread white sort in Dalmatia called Posip and their wines are outstanding, they regularly win gold and silver medals on local wine competitions. Furthermore they produce wine exclusively from their own grapes harvested within their private ecological property on the slopes of mountain Kozjak near Split so we thought they deserve some serious management.
Nearby Biblical Garden will be a nice extra for our guests, Pope John Paul the 2nd personally blessed olive tree planted in Biblical Garden upon reconstruction in 1998.
According to ancient church documents Kuzmanic family started producing wine around year 1720. and production has mostly been uninterrupted until now. Their cellar is located inside the vineyard, a stone house constructed around year 1900. We are positive that everyone visiting this place will leave with unforgettable memories and tastes of their unique products.
We just love what we do!
When we bought a racing sailboat in November 2015. we had no idea where this will take us, we only knew we can’t fail doing what we love. Our sailing project was a complete success and by the end of season 2016. we had couple of hundred guests on our sailing trips.
Someone in the industry noticed our efforts and in November 2016. we were awarded as the best DMC in Split region by Luxury Travel Guide owned by Corporate Live Wire.
Our skippers Damjan and Glorian enjoyed each moment and that was confirmed on Trip Advisor where we had received 41 reviews and they were all awarded with the highest rating possible!
We also found time to participate in local regattas and some of our guests joined us for these interesting events.
As we had always received full support from Croatian National Tourist Board HTZ regarding our unique trips it was the same this time, we were included in a special report from Split on Croatian National Television HRT concerning winter excursions in Croatia (direct link).
In recent years HTZ is trying to extend our tourist season to a full year period with program called Croatia 365 and they say our offer perfectly depicts such aspirations, we are opened year round for our guests.
Furthermore we have developed a fully functional, 100% safe booking engine from the scratch for our excursions and implemented it to our sailing website. This makes booking our excursions fast, safe and easy for both us and our guests.
It was a perfect end to our 2015. summer season, we organized a 3 days team building for Swedish IT company.
Upon arrival they were treated with a unique bag of presents filled with Dalmatian souvenirs and printed for our Swedish partner agency-In Croatia Sweden.
Average age in the group was 30 so logical thing was to organize some active holidays. After sightseeing of Split center and dinner in a local restaurant it was time for full day adventure-
Blue Cave-Green Cave-Paklinski Islands-Hvar excursion with speed boats.
Challenging thing was to take 80 people in 10 speed boats to the caves but we managed so after an early start we arrived to the Blue Cave just in time.
Blue Cave was fascinating as always but that was just the beginning as we went further to Stiniva Bay and Green Cave.
Lunch on Paklinski Islands in Dioniz was really unforgettable, we brought out all the food and wines to the garden so our guests can walk and relax among olive trees on the estate.
After a visit to Hvar town we started heading back to Split but weather changed and we were cruising straight into the strong northern wind Bura. None of our guests have ever been in a similar situation so naturally this was quite an adventure. We returned just before dark in heavy seas so some of them were even kissing the ground, happy to have survived. Of course, to us this was just a normal daily routine trip.
After a short break we took them to Konoba Varos for a dinner when quite unexpectedly-a band arrived! 3 musicians quickly turned our tired IT programmers into a relaxed singing crowd. When the restaurant closed it was a shame to go to sleep so we just continued in Vanilla night club until late hours. Last day was reserved for a short visit to Trogir and early afternoon flight back to Sweden.
We sure hope to see you all again in Croatia some day.
