It was a perfect end to our 2015. summer season, we organized a 3 days team building for Swedish IT company.
Upon arrival they were treated with a unique bag of presents filled with Dalmatian souvenirs and printed for our Swedish partner agency-In Croatia Sweden.

Average age in the group was 30 so logical thing was to organize some active holidays. After sightseeing of Split center and dinner in a local restaurant it was time for full day adventure-

Blue Cave-Green Cave-Paklinski Islands-Hvar excursion with speed boats.
Challenging thing was to take 80 people in 10 speed boats to the caves but we managed so after an early start we arrived to the Blue Cave just in time.

Blue Cave was fascinating as always but that was just the beginning as we went further to Stiniva Bay and Green Cave.
Lunch on Paklinski Islands in Dioniz was really unforgettable, we brought out all the food and wines to the garden so our guests can walk and relax among olive trees on the estate.

After a visit to Hvar town we started heading back to Split but weather changed and we were cruising straight into the strong northern wind Bura. None of our guests have ever been in a similar situation so naturally this was quite an adventure. We returned just before dark in heavy seas so some of them were even kissing the ground, happy to have survived. Of course, to us this was just a normal daily routine trip.

After a short break we took them to Konoba Varos for a dinner when quite unexpectedly-a band arrived! 3 musicians quickly turned our tired IT programmers into a relaxed singing crowd. When the restaurant closed it was a shame to go to sleep so we just continued in Vanilla night club until late hours. Last day was reserved for a short visit to Trogir and early afternoon flight back to Sweden.
